Pilates Circuit Training is a resistance Pilates class performed on a variety of Pilates apparatus. Participants will use the Reformers, Towers, Jumpboards, Pilates Chair, and more for a circuit-style workout!
This class is 45 minutes and will utilize the equipment as "stations," working at each station for a few minutes before rotating to the next station and exercise.
This class requires knowledge of the Pilates Reformer. If you are brand new to Reformer, we ask that you do NOT sign up for this class until you have taken 3-4 of Gentle/Beginner Reformer classes AND/OR some of our Mat Pilates classes.
This class is limited to 5 participants as we will be utilizing a variety of equipment & rotating stations!
Since space is limited, we ask that you cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. We expect some classes will have waitlists, so please allow someone from the waitlist the opportunity to take class.
