This chair-based yoga class will offer the same benefits as our other classes, but each student will use a chair to sit or as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose.  For each posture, students are given a number of options to choose from so that they can find the right balance of support and challenge for them. Alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation will all be explored in this class. Students who are recovering from an injury or have limited mobility will benefit most from this class. This class is open to all students. Yoga experience is not required.
