Total body Barre workout - in an express format! Our 30-min Barre fitness class is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga, and strength training. Barre classes also focus on high reps of small range movements. Equipment used: yoga mat, pilates ball, magic circle/ring, light weights. We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat - all other equipment is available at the studio.
