Our Pilates Tower class is a Pilates class performed on a padded, raised mat with the Tower apparatus. The Tower class utilizes many Mat Pilates exercises but takes them to the next level adding springs and the push bar. It is used to perform a variety of Pilates exercises that aim to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and alignment.

Our Pilates Tower classes require SOME knowledge of the Pilates Reformer and Tower apparatus. If you are brand new to Reformer, we ask that you do NOT sign up for this class until you have taken 3-4 of Gentle/Beginner Reformer classes AND/OR some of our Mat Pilates classes.

This class is limited to 3 participants so that each participant can fully utilize the Tower apparatus for the entire duration of class. 

Since classes are limited to 3 participants, we ask that you cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. We expect some classes will have waitlists, so please allow someone from the waitlist the opportunity to take class.
