New to Barre? Don't be intimidated! Come to this Absolute Beginner Workshop & work at a slower pace, learn some of the class terminology, and feel more confident to join in the fun at the studio!
Total body Barre workout! Our signature 45-minute Barre fitness class is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga, and strength training. Barre classes also focus on high reps of small range movements. Equipment used: yoga mat, pilates ball, magic circle/ring, light weights. We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat - all other equipment is available at the studio.
$20 drop-in class rate or use your class card or membership.
