Jumpboard is performed on the Pilates Reformer apparatus, using the jumpboard, which is a trampoline-like board to add cardio and intensity to the exercises. It is a fun, low-impact, total body workout!
If you have never taken a Reformer class before, we require that you take a minimum of 2-3 Gentle/Beginner classes before you try out the Jumpboard class. We also strongly encourage Reformer students to take Mat Pilates classes, too, to gain a greater understanding of the movements.
Since classes are limited to 3 participants, we ask that you cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. We expect some classes will have waitlists, so please allow someone from the waitlist the opportunity to take class.
