"Happy Hour" Jumpboard (Reformer)

"Happy Hour" Jumpboard is performed on the Pilates Reformer apparatus, using the jumpboard, which is a trampoline-like board to add cardio and intensity to the exercises. It is a fun, low-impact, total body workout!

If you have never taken a Reformer class before, we require that you take a minimum of 2-3 Gentle/Beginner classes before you try out the Happy Hour or Reformer Circuit classes, which requires some knowledge of the apparatus and movements. We also strongly encourage Reformer students to take Mat Pilates classes, too, to gain a greater understanding of the movements.

Since classes are limited to 3 participants, we ask that you cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. We expect some classes will have waitlists, so please allow someone from the waitlist the opportunity to take class.
