Pop-Up Family Yoga - Lindenhurst Family Night Out

Lindenhurst families, join us for the Lindenhurst school district's Family Night Out on November 2!

This 30 minute class will introduce some relaxing breathing and meditation techniques as well as basic yoga poses appealing to both children & adults - and perhaps find some new tools you can use at home as a family!
