Our Full Moon Yoga Flow promises to be a transformative experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and connected to the universe.
In this class we will begin with a soothing guided meditation to center our minds and open our hearts to the powerful energy of the full moon followed by a gentle flow inspired by the moon's phases promoting flexibility, strength, and inner calm.
As we near the end of our practice, you will be guided through a deep and restorative Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session to help you release any remaining tension and fully relax, aligning your body, mind, and spirit with the moon's energy.
This Full Moon Yoga Flow is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
