Our signature 45-minute Barre fitness class, but with a twist - this class still combines ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga, and strength training but also adds in cardio training! Raise your heart rate and build long, lean muscles!
Barre classes also focus on high reps of small range movements. Equipment used: yoga mat, pilates ball, magic circle/ring, light weights. We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat - all other equipment is available at the studio.
