Join Caitlin Alfano, Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor, for a nutrition workshop to learn how to create healthy meals and snacks. She will help break down ways to create nutritious pre- and post-workout meals, well-balanced snacks, and ways to stay hydrated. She will provide her favorite quick, easy, and nutritious recipes and snacks to help fuel any workout.
