Pilates Flow will focus on the same strength, stability, and posture exercises found in a Mat Pilates class with more focus on linking to the breath and breath control. This class will also incorporate some yoga poses to help participants connect to their breath and help induce relaxation and work on flexibility.

Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat to class.
